Breastfeeding Partners was created for breastfeeding peer counselors, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and their families.  It was developed by the New York State WIC Training Center. In partnership with the New York State Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
